This is a true story which happens months ago in Germany.
The 120 kilograms weighted offender ( mister Alexander J. tortured Mister Hans O who went to hospital 2 kilometers further. They stopped the bleeding and he survived, a couple of days later they found the missing part which the Alexander J throw out of the window… totally dried like a grape within a little bag.
Alexander wasn’t the first time he abused his partner during sexual activity.
Court claimed he will get his punishment and after that he will have his own permanently place in a mental institution for psychical disorders.
