The story of El Paso
First, let me introduce ourselves,Vidas and Darius, together for over 11 years,
moved to Gran Canaria 3 months ago from lreland, but originated from Lithuania.
We're fluent in Lithuanian (which is not a dialect of Russian or Slavic as so
many think, but a beautiful language on its own), English and Russian but not
much Spanish yet... We spent few happy holidays here and as many of you who
emigrated will know, the main reason is the mild climate, beautiful beaches
and of course the gay life style..
First, we came to set up a small creperie, but after a long search, we opened
bar El Paso on Avenida de Italia, which meant bye bye beach, Yumbo and sleep
in ! Open for a month now and hope the customers enjoy as much as we do..
I,Vadis, welcome and entertain you, while Darius cooks. We thought of what you
guys would want and look forward to most, how about a champagne brunch to recover
from the night before !!! Feel like having a big hangover munchy breakfast,
then, the hangover fairies will be glad to help...
Well, in general, our concept is, simple, healthy home cooking.
