Mister Gay Europe candidates
The 24 candidates for the Mister Gay Europe 2009 contest are officially known.
The contest will take place in Oslo from 19 till 23 of August.
Some little facts in a row:
• The youngest candidate is 20 years young, and the oldest 49 years
• The most northly candidates is from Norway, the most Southly is from
Palestine
• Belarus and Poland will be in the contest for the first time this
year.
• Two of the candidates are deaf
• One of the candidates is openly HIV-Positive
There boys with various professions, from hairdressers and stewards to construction
workers, scientists, financial consultants, journalists and architects.
The candidate with the most votes by the audience will be put through to
the semi-finals and so will have more chance of the title.And, unlike the
voting system in the Eurovision Song Contest, you may also vote for your own
country! And every day you can cast your vote!
